The hotel provided a very clean room, which i appreciated. housekeeping staff, particularly nagendra and pallavi, did an excellent job. the location was good, easily accessible. staff offered quick responses whenever i called. They were very efficient.
i noticed the interior is somewhat dated.

Breakfast had a top selection. The variety was great. i found the food to be well-prepared, fresh. i enjoyed the morning meals here very much. It was a fantastic way to begin the day.

Parking was very accessible and free, a huge plus. the hotel offered shuttle services to major attractions. this made getting around very easy for me. Public transport was easy to use.

the location are good. Carrefour is near the hotel and i could walk to it. The housekeeping by mr budha, he always gave helpful service. Also mr md hasan kept my room clean and replaced linen and towels.
the hotel don't have any transparency. the curtains doesn't have blackout. sunlight wake me up even i wanted to sleep more. pillows were hard. i had to call for slippers.

the location was great. a free shuttle took me to mall of emirates, and i could get to most important places from there. nagendra and nabin done a good job keeping the room neat . the breakfast selection was top notch.
the bathroom equipment looked a bit low quality. the tv had a red line, and it couldn't connect properly to my phone. someone called to asked if i was checking out early even after i was given a late checkout.

repetitive breakfastroom noise
The breakfast was repetitive. i saw the same food every morning and it got boring. also, the room wasn't soundproofed. I could clearly hear noise from other rooms. the noise was unpleasant at times.

I found the room very spacious! It was impeccably cleaned daily, too. Staff members were friendly and very attentive . I liked the room amenities offered. They enhanced my experience.
The sunlight woke me up earlier than I wanted because the curtains did not block light adequately.
